A STORY ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF EVIL
A SHORT STORY ABOUT EVIL BY R.L.HUFFSTUTTER
IT WAS A LOVELY EVENING, ONE THAT WENT ON FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS. THEY WERE IN LOVE. IT WAS THE KIND OF EVENING THAT LOVERS WISH WOULD LAST FOREVER. AND IT WOULD HAVE, BUT EVIL REARED ITS UGLY HEAD...
UNIVERSAL MAN AND WOMAN were basically peaceful until something caused them to become angry. When they became angry, all Hell broke loose right here on earth and the garden was in a shambles. Imagine how much damage a couple could cause with food fights and mud; imagine how much harm they could do each other with rocks and tree limbs. Even a switch would inflict a stinging pain on the other. So, what happened in the garden? Did the two ever get back together?
MAYBE THEY DID, OR MAYBE THEY WILL SOMEDAY. IN THE MEANTIME, read on about life in the garden and how it changed when evil came visiting on fine evenin., One fine eve, the man saw a woman wandering around outside the former boundary of the garden and tricked her into coming in and talking with him. The two women became jealous of the other. Finally, one of the women injured the other and drug her out of the garden. She was consumed by wolves and the woman thought all of her problems were over. Lo and behold, when she returned from her heinous deed, she found her man in the arms of yet another woman. So, there were other women hanging around. Where were the other men. The woman was angry, not at all as sweet and beautiful as she had been when she had first met her man.
Thus, evil began and has become a commonplace fact where there once was peace and serenity. TO BE CONTINUED...

Bill, have you ever been back to japan since you left? Rob. It would sure look different now. I remember so many similar scenes although there was only ten years difference in the time between our tours. Japan was still in major reconstruction during the early 60s. And look at their nation now. Thankfully, we are now allies. It is sometimes strange how enemies become friends. But of course, this is a different era now. We were two nations who were both very forgiving, a quality that will probably never exist in today's world of hatred. It takes two to negotiate; it takes two to realize mistakes. The japanese are a very loving and forgiving people. When the war was over, it was over. There was no more sneak attacks, no more violence. Believe it or not, but in 1961, i often wandered off into some very dark and strange areas of tokyo, seeking out the local color. Never, not once, was i insulted attacked or harmed. It is all a matter of character, something that is important in japan. Honor, character, tradition. World war two will forever serve as an example of how two peoples with different idealogies can become allies through understanding and tolerance
